I'm depressed and I have panic attacks at least once a month. I go to the school psychologist but every time she asks me if something is troubling me, I can't tell her. And it bothers me. How can I say something when I'm afraid everybody will leave me once they find out?
I'm not sure what your secret is, but your'e going to need to tell someone. Holding in too much information really isn't good for your. Tell your parents that your'e having panic attacks. There is medicine that can help you relax because I know how much panic attacks suck. Just keep your head up and vent to someone... because you're going to need to. Ever heard of the expression: "misery loves its company"? Telling someone, even if it's just one person, can help you more than you know. And I'm sure that whatever it is, you'll have the people who really matter, buy your side.
